AHMED ABDERRAHMANE
Coaching Staff
Ahmed Abderrahmane joins the Michigan Stars Oakland staff from the Lightning Developmental Academy (now SDA) where he coached since 2021. He grew up in Nouakchott, Mauritania where he played soccer since the age of 8. Ahmed earned his bachelor's degree from Oakland University in Management Information Systems, specializing in Information Security. He also played for the OU Men's Soccer Club and a few clubs in the UPSL. Ahmed currently plays with Troy United FC in the MWPL and Detroit Imperial Futsal Club in the NFPL. Ahmed holds a USSF Grassroots License and is currently working towards his USSF National D License.
